Leading people is fundamentally different than managing things. True leadership requires an understanding of all four dimensions of the whole person - mind, body, heart, and spirit. As you respect people's power to choose and engage all four dimensions of their nature, you will unleash their creativity and they will give their best effort to your school's shared vision.
